Jessica Ross

Director, Region 4

Jessica most recently served as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Greentree Counseling Center in Warren. With a specialization in trauma therapy, she provides support to adults, children, and families and supervises Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) staff. Previously, Jessica was a Violence Prevention and Outreach Specialist with Townhall II, worked as an advocate for victims of violent crimes, hospital liaison, and psychoeducational support group facilitator, and supervised and trained a large team of volunteers providing 24-hour support to victims of violent crimes. Jessica is so excited to be a part of OhioKAN as the Director of Region 4!

Regional Coordinator (Region 4)

Sarah has worked with families in a variety of roles throughout her career. She provided quality services to families and staff as a Daycare Administrator, co-taught a second grade class, and was most recently a Navigator with OhioKAN. Her favorite part of her job as a Navigator was letting people know they are heard, valued, and cared for. Sarah holds a bachelor’s of History from the University of California, Davis, where she studied the history of adoption in America. She is proud to combine her love of research with her excitement for helping families as an OhioKAN Regional Coordinator in Region 4!

Coach, Region 4

Before joining OhioKAN, Chelsea was a CPST worker for 10 years at Greentree Counseling Center in Warren, OH. There, she led activities and interventions that increased the capacity of families and individuals to positively impact their environment, providing community resources and support, and collaborating with therapists to evaluate the mental health and behavioral needs of children and families. For many years, Chelsea has participated in The Buddy Walk, which celebrates the successes of people with Down Syndrome, such as her uncle. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from Kent State University. Chelsea is thrilled to serve as the Region 4 Coach!

Navigator, Northeast Ohio Adoption Services (Region 4)

Catreese comes to OhioKAN from the Trumbull County Community Action Program, where she was a Family Advocate and Preschool teacher. In that role she managed a caseload of 60+ families each school year, helped families identify their strengths, goals, and needs, and referred them to resources as needed. Catreese also volunteers in outreach at her church and teaching Bible study classes to children ages 5-12. She has a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Child and Family Services and a credential in Family Development from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. She is to start making a difference in the lives of OhioKAN families!

Victoria McDorman

Navigator, Cadence Care Network (Region 4)

Before OhioKAN, Victoria worked as a Family Advocate at TCAP Head Start in Trumbull County. There, she completed home visits with families, offering them resources and helping them set and accomplish goals. She also previously worked as an Advocate at Help Me Grow in Mahoning County and was a volunteer for the Crisis Text Line. Victoria has an Associate’s degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, a Family Development Credential from the University of Connecticut, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She’s ready to continue to serve families in Region 4!
